The device has a rectangular fairing equipped with a rear fixation system, and a rectangular upper strip provided with sealed volume for containing a motive and energy/transformation part. A plate slides along notched guides, and is adjustable in height by a cursor. The plate is provided with a brush disk assembly (c), universal joints or an endless screw. The rectangular fairing is made of PVC, resin or carbon fiber. The plate and rotary brushes are adjustable and interchangeable. A platen is located in a top of a right or left side of a device.
