PURPOSE: A processing method of a noise preventing pad for a car is provided to reduce labor cost and production cost and to enhance quality by reducing the number of working processes. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a noise preventing pad for a car is as follows. Fabric for a pad is transferred to between the upper and lower molds of a processing machine by a transfer roller(210). The fabric is cut by the sharp blade of a cutting rod protruded from the upper mold, and a plurality of holes are processed on the fabric(220). The blade of the cutting part of the male pad frame of the upper mold is held in the hollow of the holding part of the female pad frame of the lower mold, and the fabric is cut by the engaging of the blade of the holding part of the male pad frame with the blade of the holding part of the female pad frame(230). The noise preventing pad falls along the inner receiving passage of the lower mold and is held in a receiving container(240). |
