PREPARATION METHOD OF 9-(2-PHOSPHONYLMETHOXYETHYL)ADENINE, ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL AND AMORPHOUS ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing 9-(2-phosphonylmethoxyethyl)adenine(PMEA), and amophous adefovia dipivoxyl is provided to improve process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 9-(2-phosphonylmethoxyethyl)adenine comprises: a step of hydrolyzing 9-(2-diethylphosphonylmethoxyethyl)adenine under the presence of acid; and a step of reacting the hydrolyzed compound with alkylene oxide derivative. The acid is trihaloalkyl sulfonic acid trihaloacetic acid, aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, or halogen acid. The alkylene oxide derivative contains a compound of chemical formula 2.
