The rail has a first wall (18) comprised of an opening (10) to access a housing (14). An electrical conductor (16) is placed at interior of a raceway (20) and formed between two vertical walls (24, 26). The housing has a rectangular section, and the raceway is placed against another wall (22). The electrical conductor is covered with a self-sealing material, and the vertical walls is placed between the opening and electrical conductor. An independent claim is also included for a cabin floor.
