PURPOSE: An electrostatic capacitive integrated touch panel for a semi-transmission electronic code book is provided to increase transmittance and external visibility. CONSTITUTION: A first glue layer is included on a display panel. A first conductive film is included on the first glue layer and includes a conductive layer on upper part. A second glue layer is included on the first conductive film. A liquid crystal coating layer in which a phase difference value is 1/3 lambda and an alignment layer are included on the second glue layer.
