PURPOSE: A substrate support unit and substrate transferring device including the same are provided to stably support and align a substrate by supporting the side and bottom of the substrate through guide plates. CONSTITUTION: A first support bar and a second support bar(420) are arranged to face both sides of a substrate. Rear guide plates(430) are combined with the first and second support bars on the rear edges of the substrate. The rear guide plates support the rear side of the substrate to align the substrate and support both sides and bottom of the substrate through a first guide groove. Front guide plates(440) are combined with the first and second support bars on the front edges of the substrate. The front guide plates support both sides and bottom of the substrate through a second guide groove.
