THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF A AL-CU BUS BAR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing of an Al-Cu bus bar and the Al-Cu bus bar thereof is provided to implement desired width, thickness, and hardness without limiting a size. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing of an Al-Cu bus bar and the Al-Cu bus bar thereof, first member and second members are arranged(S1). The first member is made of aluminum material. The second member has copper material. The first member and second members are combined with each other through explosive welding(S2). A side groove is formed in both sides of the first membe(S4). Both ends of the second member is drawn out to cover the both sides of the first member.
