PURPOSE: A tire rubber composition is provided to improve braking ability on icy field and low temperature regions by applying tris(2-butoxyethyl)phosphate to a crude rubber. CONSTITUTION: A tire rubber composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a crude rubber and 3~30 parts by weight of tris(2-butoxyethyl)phosphate. The tire rubber composition includes filler, zinc oxide, stearic acid, antiaging agent, vulcanizing agent, and vulcanizing accelerator in a normal amount range. The crude rubber is a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber or a mixed rubber of synthetic rubber and natural rubber.
