The device has a drift (20) i.e. fenestron(RTM: shrouded tail rotor) type drift, provided with a body (23) extending in an anteroposterior plane (P1) from one distal end (21) to another second distal end (22). A rear rotor (30) is provided with multiple blades (31). A fixing unit (40) fixes the rear rotor to the distal ends. A winglet (50) i.e. fixed wing, is fixedly equipped at a free end (32) of each blade. The drift comprises branches (24, 25) at the corresponding distal ends. A common branch (26) is provided with surfaces (26', 26'') that are integrated into the branches. An independent claim is also included for a rotorcraft, comprising a fuselage.
