PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating anti-spatter oil and a method for coating the anti-spatter oil are provided to minimize installment space and cost and improve the quality of panels. CONSTITUTION: A tank unit(10) stores oil and supplies the oil based on the signal of a controlling board(600). A pump unit(200) transfers the oil from the tank unit based on a pumping operation using fluid pressure or pneumatic pressure. A filter unit eliminates foreign materials from the oil. A constant pressure unit(400) maintains a constant pressure and supplies the oil without the foreign materials. A gun unit(500) discharges the oil and spreads the oil on a panel.
