VISUALIZATION OF DATASETS

摘要

PURPOSE: A visual metadata of a data set is provided to displays context information about not only a focused data set part but also another data of the data set which is in external side of the focused part. CONSTITUTION: A first part and at least second part of a data set is identified(110). A summary of the second part of the data set is formed(120). The summary of the first part and second part of the data set is displayed on a display device(130). The summary is expressed in a spatial conformation. The spatial conformation is different with a spatial conformation showing the second part before forming the summary.
