The system comprises an enclosure (100) equipped with a heating unit (110) and a pressurizing unit (115), an article storage rack (200) translationally coupled with an agitating unit, and a return unit. The storage rack is slidably mounted on a chassis having a rectangular shaped carriage that is supported by support columns through the enclosure, and is attached to a stationary support. The agitating unit comprises an eccentric drive actuated by a motor, and a shaft coupled with the eccentric drive and the storage rack. The shaft is supported by a bearing. The system comprises an enclosure (100) equipped with a heating unit (110) and a pressurizing unit (115), an article storage rack (200) translationally coupled with an agitating unit, and a return unit. The storage rack is slidably mounted on a chassis having a rectangular shaped carriage that is supported by support columns through the enclosure, and is attached to a stationary support. The agitating unit comprises an eccentric drive actuated by a motor, and a shaft coupled with the eccentric drive and the storage rack. The shaft is supported by a bearing, which is associated with the enclosure, and is coupled to the storage rack through an intermediate tray and a unit for fixing the rack on the tray, which is slidably mounted on the chassis. The carriage is attached to the support columns by rods, which slidably cooperate with an orifice in the columns and are coaxially disposed on the carriage in a direction of privileged dilation of the carriage and disposed with respect to diagonals of the carriage. The return unit is arranged between the carriage and the support columns for recentering the carriage with respect to the support columns during cooling. The fixing unit comprises a hook claws, which cooperates with the rack that is pivotally mounted with respect to the tray and mounted between a fixing position and a release position of the rack with respect to the tray. The hook claws is combined with the return unit in fixing position.
