<p>PURPOSE: A battery pack diagnosing device and a method thereof are provided to prevent accidents due to the wrong connection of a battery pack by diagnosing the connection of a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack diagnosing device comprises a vehicle vibration sensing unit(110), a battery pack vibration sensing unit(120), and a controller(130). The vehicle vibration sensing unit is formed in a vehicle body. The vehicle vibration sensing unit senses the vibration applied on the vehicle. The battery pack vibration sensing unit is formed in a vehicle battery pack mounted in the vehicle. The battery pack vibration sensing unit senses the vibration applied on the vehicle battery pack. The controller compares the vehicle vibration and the battery pack vibration. The controller diagnoses the connection error of the vehicle battery pack.</p> |
