PURPOSE: A host device based network connection system and method thereof are provided to enable a host device to directly search for a client device and to perform selective networking. CONSTITUTION: A host device(100) accesses network about one or more client devices(200) within a wireless network region. The host device selectively recognizes network connection with each client device. The client device attempts to connect a network in response to a search request signal which is received from the host device in a wireless network. The client device forms a communication channel with the host device according to the selective approval.
