Method to purify polluted water

A water purifying method is provided to open and close lower layer water exhausting path in a bottom part of a water gate by a cylinder by equipping a cylinder for controlling a control plate inside the water gate, to purify the polluted water by ejecting contaminants like accumulated sludge with a lower layer water of a reservoir space and to control amount of drain water by controlling the cylinder according to a water pressure of the reservoir space and an inflow-rate. A bottom part of a waterway is comprised and installed to adhere a water gate(1) closely to a bottom part. An rotation axis(2) for rotating the water gate is comprised in two parts of the water gate. A level of stored water is maintained fully by ejecting and storing the stored water, and opening and closing the water gate and a waterway according to expansion and contraction of an opening and shutting cylinder located at both side of the water gate. A cylinder(10) is inside the water gate. The first concatenated large(9) and the second connection stick(5) are formed based on the cylinder. Lower layer water stored inside the water gate is eject from time to time and contaminated water is cleaned up by the cylinder by operating a connection structure of a control plate and a lifting unit(3).
