PURPOSE: A device for sensibility substitute tone of a ring-back-tone service method increasing usage of service are provided to add a sensibility function to an existing ring back tone substitute service. CONSTITUTION: A ring back tone server receive a ring back tone substitution sound transmission request according a call originating of a communication terminal(S201~S213). A sensibility server transmits an emotion data to a communication terminal(S221~S223). The sensibility server informs a emotion data transmission result to the ring back tone server(S229). The ring back tone server transmits a message for synchronization of the ring back substitute tone and the sensibility data to a communication terminal(S231~S233). The ring back tone server transmits the ring back substitute sound to the communication terminal(S237).
