PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to enable the coupling of a protection circuit module and a holder case in one body and to simplify a manufacturing process of the battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a bare cell(110) in which an electrode assembly is accommodated thereinside, a holder case(130) fixed to one side of the bare cell, a protection circuit board(141) in which a protection circuit which is electrically connected to the bare cell and controls the charge or discharge of the bare cell, a first metal member(142) fixed to the protection circuit board, and a second metal member(133) which is fixed to the holder case and combined with the first metal member. |
