PURPOSE: An integral form-connection bolt, capable of improved assembly and disassembly of gang form is provided to improve the assembly and disassembly of gang form by integrally the bolt and nut with an angle of a gang form. CONSTITUTION: An integral form-connection bolt comprises a bolt holder(30) and a bolt(40). The bolt holder has one end, inserted and fixed in a through-hole of the opposite side of gang form, and the other end supporting the bolt. The bolt holder prevents the falling of bolts in a dismantlement task. A hexagon head is formed on the other end of the bolt. Threads are formed on the inner wall of the bolt holder. The bolt holder has a magnetic material and fixed to the through hole of the gang form with magnetic force.
