PURPOSE: A ladder welding equipment is provided to enhance the production quality and the manufacturing efficiency of a large ladder by the automatic welding of the foot hold of the ladder. CONSTITUTION: A ladder welding equipment comprises a base mount(10), a guide rail, a welding robot, a driving plate(50), a support(40), and a support mount. The base mount comprises a post mount and a foot-hold mount. The guide rail is formed in parallel to the side of the base mount. The welding robot is installed on the guide rail and continuously welds the contact part of the inner side of the post of the ladder with the foot hold of the ladder while moving along the base. The driving plate rotates the base mount by 180° by the control of an actuator. The support supports the rotating movement of the base mount by the driving plate. The support mount comprises a bearing wheel, which makes contact with the sliding guide of the support and supports sliding movement.
