PURPOSE: A sheet having length units for adhering hair samples, capable of exact length hair cut, is provided to be used for the inflow of heavy metal and mineral and the inspection of smoking amount. CONSTITUTION: A sheet having length units for adhering hair samples comprises a length unit display unit(10) and a hair sample sticking unit(20). The length unit display unit shows the unit of 1cm, the unit of 0.5cm, the unit of 0.25cm, the unit of 0.1cm or the merged unit thereof. The hair sample sticking unit is located on top or bottom of the length unit display unit. The glue sticking the collected hair sample spreads on the hair sample sticking unit in order to connect the length unit display unit and the hair sample sticking unit in a row.
