PURPOSE: A mushroom growing apparatus including a ventilation structure is provided to supply the proper moisture to a medium log, and to improve the cultivation efficiency of mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom growing apparatus comprises the following: a medium log(20) including a medium(30) with mushroom spawn(32) injected into the outer circumference, and a stopper(40) sealing a groove(22) storing the medium; a basin(50) filled with water to supply the water to the medium log; a hollow unit(24) connecting the upper side and the lower side of the medium log as a ventilation channel, to control the moisture for growing mushrooms; and a flowerpot(60) inserted into the upper side of the medium log.
