ELECTRIC POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

An electric power management system which is connected to an electric power system including a commercial electricity source comprises: electric power generation devices which generate electric power; electric apparatuses which consume electric power; an electric power measurement unit which individually measures the amount of electric power generated by the electric power generation devices, the amount of electric power consumed by the electric apparatuses, and the amount of electric power input to/output from the electric power system; an electric power property information generation unit which computerises the electric power properties acquired in conjunction with the electric power measurements made by the electric power measurement unit; and a storage unit which stores the electric power property information. The electric power management system is further equipped with a control unit which manages the electric power input from the electricity source system of the commercial electricity source and the electric power output to the electric power system on the basis of the electric power property information stored by the storage means.
