摘要 <p>A method for measuring digital demodulation error parameters based on an amplitude modulation or a phase modulation process and system thereof are provided by the invention. Wherein, the method includes: generating an amplitude modulation (AM) signal, wherein, the carrier wave frequency is the sum or difference of the first frequency and the second frequency, the first frequency is bigger than the second frequency, the amplitude modulation frequency is the third frequency, the amplitude modulation depth is D; and taking the generated AM signal as an equivalent digital modulation signal to be input to an input end of a vector signal analyzer (VSA), wherein the carrier wave frequency of the VSA is set as the first frequency, the demodulation mode is set as M-ary phase-shift keying (MPSK), the symbol speed is set as M times of the second frequency, wherein M is a positive integer. The error parameters for calibrating the equivalent digital modulation signal of VSA generated by the method in the invention can be set accurately and computed, so the two problems of tracing the measurement value to the source and setting error for digital demodulation error parameters can be resolved at the same time by the invention.</p>
