<p>In order to determine an handover destination of a mobile station regardless of PSC allocation, each of a plurality of femto base stations (10_1 to 10_3) constituting a mobile communication system (1) stores a respective different phase difference between one timing at which the local base station starts generating SFN and a timing at which each of the other base stations starts generating SFN; and further adds the SFN, the generation of which was started at the foregoing one timing, to the respective ones of pieces of broadcast information (101_1 to 101_3) for wireless transmission. One femto base station (10_1), in the cell of which the mobile station (20) exists, determines, as a handover destination of the mobile station (20), the femto base station (10_2) that starts the generation of the SFN with a phase difference relative to the femto base station (10_1) and corresponding to the difference between the one SFN (SFN1) added to the broadcast information (101_1) and another SFN (SFN2) received by the mobile station (20).</p> |
