<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging infrastructure for an electric vehicle, or the like, at low cost and moreover without impairing user's convenience. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lot system adjacent to shops, or the like, which includes a parking area; a controller having charge receipt means; a medium output means of outputting a recording medium for recording "charge received", based on a signal received from the charge receipt means; a signal transmission means of transmitting a signal of "charging started" to a charger, based on a signal received from the charge receiving means; a medium reading means of reading the information written in the recording medium with an information writing device; and a charge refund means of refunding a part or the whole charge paid by a user, based on the information read by the medium reading means, a charger having a connection terminal and charging means of charging an electric vehicle, or the like, based on a signal received from the signal transmitting means of the controller; and an information writing device for writing the information corresponding to use of a shop, or the like, in the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
