<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain states of a vehicle, a driver and a load in a collection/delivery service in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A collection/delivery service system 1 includes: a handy terminal 10 possessed by the driver of the vehicle 2 for collection/delivery of the load; a cradle 30 installed in the vehicle 2; and a wireless tag 60 attached to the load. The cradle 30 sets a state of the handy terminal 10 indicating whether the handy terminal 10 is present inside the vehicle 2 according to a communication state with the handy terminal 10, sets the state of the load indicating whether the load is present inside the vehicle 2 correspondingly to a movement state of the vehicle 2 according to a communication state with the wireless tag 60 and a measured movement state of the vehicle 2, sets the state of the vehicle 2 indicating a collection/delivery state of the vehicle 2 according to the movement state of the vehicle 2 and the state of the load, and transmits information about the set states to a head office server 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
