PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly output contents via another communication medium without requiring user's special operation, if an area is within a broadcast object area.

SOLUTION: An information delivering system 1 has an information delivering apparatus (broadcast station 10) for sending information via radio waves and delivering information by radio waves via another communication medium (IP communication network 100) other than the radio waves, and an information receiving apparatus (receiver 30) for receiving the information from the radio waves of a radio station and receiving the information transmitted from the radio station via another communication medium from the information delivering apparatus. This information receiving apparatus requests delivering of information including information indicating the receiving state of radio waves from the radio station and information of power interruption time of its own apparatus via the other communication medium. The information delivering apparatus includes an information delivering control section for determining whether the information should be distributed to the information receiving apparatus on the basis of the information when the information delivering is requested.
