PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of uniformly irradiating light to an illuminated object.

SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: a hollow body 5 arranged between an imaging section 3 and an illuminated object T and having an imaging section side opening 51 formed at an imaging section 3 side, an illuminated object side opening 52 formed at an illuminated object T side opposite to the imaging section side opening 51, and an inside surface section 56 formed to combine between the imaging section side opening 51 and the illuminated object side opening 52 and formed so as to extend in an imaging direction S wherein the imaging section 3 images the illuminated object T; a light-emitting section 6 arranged inside the hollow body 5 so as to make a light-emitting surface 6a face to the inside surface section 56 and emitting light to the inside surface section 56 and being impossible to directly irradiate light to the illuminated object T; and a diffusion reflection section 7 arranged along the inside surface section 56 and reflecting the light emitted from the light-emitting section 6 by diffusing the light to the illuminated object T since a plurality of unevenness exposed inside the hollow body 5 are prepared.
