<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heat pump system generating a plurality of systems of warm water with different temperatures, evaluating excellent energy efficiency of a heat pump, capable of generating warm water with a high temperature even in the heat pump system and at this time, preventing decline in the energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat pump system 1, a warm water heat exchanger 2H at a plurality of stages for producing warm water W is provided on the discharge side of a compressor 11. The warm water heat exchanger 2 includes a low temperature side warm water heat exchanger 2L provided on the downstream side in the refrigerant flowing direction and a high temperature side warm water heat exchanger 2H provided on the upstream side.
