<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for use in surgical treatment, more specifically, a seal anchor member adapted to insert into an incision in a tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The seal anchor member includes: a housing which has leading and trailing ends and defines a longitudinal axis; and a plurality of lumens which extend through the leading and trailing ends, are each adapted for substantially sealed reception of an instrument therein, and define longitudinal axes that are non-parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing in the absence of a force to be adapted for the housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
