<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation of a pressing force applied to a thermosetting adhesive between an actuator unit and a channel unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a process of forming an actuator unit, a conductive layer 136a formed on an individual electrode 135 is deformed more easily than the individual electrode 135 and a surface electrode 145, and thereby an actuator unit 21 where the total thickness of the conductive layer 136a and the individual electrode 135 is larger than the thickness of the surface electrode 145 is formed. When the actuator unit 21 is mounted to the upper surface 9a of the precursor of a channel unit with a thermosetting adhesive 7 interposed therebetween, and then the actuator unit 21 is pressed against the upper surface 9a by means of a tool 196, the thickness of the conductive layer 136a is reduced by deformation, and pressing forces are applied from the tool 196 to both the electrodes 135 and 145. When heated in this state, the thermosetting adhesive 7 fixes the actuator unit 21 to the upper surface 9a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
