PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a feeling of a cosmetic when applied by reducing a thickness of a capsule coating when a polysaccharide derived from a freshwater blue-green alga, Aphanothece sacrum, is incorporated with the cosmetic. SOLUTION: A capsule containing an aqueous solution of Aphanothece sacrum polysaccharide derived from a freshwater blue-green alga, Aphanothece sacrum, is incorporated with the cosmetic.
