PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air treating air conditioner excelling in maintainability and extending a damper mechanism in the height direction and removing the damper mechanism by shortening the height of the damper mechanism. SOLUTION: The outside air treating air conditioner 10 includes, in a casing 11: a total heat exchanging element 31 exchanging heat between outside air and inside air; an introduction line for introducing outside air indoors through a total heat exchanger; an exhaust line 34 exhausting inside air outdoors through the total heat exchanging element 31; a by-pass line 39 by-passing the total heat exchanger to exhaust inside air outdoors; and a damper unit 80 alternatively switching the by-pass line 39 and the exhaust line 34. The damper unit 80 includes a plurality of damper plates divided in the height direction of the casing 11 and screw-fastened to each other, and an upper support shaft 83 and a lower support shaft 84 fitted to a receiving part on the casing 11 side are mounted to an upper part of the upper damper plate 81a and to the lower part of the lower damper plate 81b.
