PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide epoxy-based particles which have good handlability and to which high adhesive strength is imparted, without impairing excellent characteristics which epoxy resin originally has. SOLUTION: The epoxy-based particles are obtained by reacting an epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of at least 100-2,000 with a curing agent, wherein the particles contain unreacted epoxy resin therein and the content is more than 0.1 wt.% and 21 wt.% or less.
