PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating curtain used for preventing dew condensation and for local heating by replacing parts of threads of a curtain fabric with conductive threads to make it a fabric heating element and placing it on a window glass or wall. SOLUTION: The heating curtain made of fabric where conductive thread is woven (knitted) into a grid shape efficiently generates heat by weaving (knitting) the conductive threads at an interval of 1-5 cm in the horizontal direction and 1 to 5 cm in the vertical direction.
