PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver to properly operate an operation pedal, while restraining the driver from receiving a sense of incongruity when a remarkable difference is caused in a heel part placing height of a pedal operating foot and a pedal nonoperating foot of the driver, by properly adjusting a driving attitude with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This driving attitude adjusting apparatus for a vehicle is provided by juxtaposing a footrest for placing a foot of an occupant on its side, by arranging the operation pedal (an accelerator pedal 4) operated by stepping by the driver in a front part of a driver's seat 1 arranged on a floor panel 9 of a cabin, and includes a floor part height adjusting means 15 for adjusting the heel part placing height of the driver by liftably displacing a heel part placing area on a floor panel 9 for placing a heel part of the driver in stepping operation of the operation pedal, and a footrest adjusting means 100 for adjusting a foot support state by the footrest in response to adjusting operation of the heel part placing height by this floor part height adjusting means 15.
