PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand capable of easily treating various objects. SOLUTION: An object contact surface P of a movable part 2 is contacted with the object by moving the movable part 2, and a piston 11 is pushed by a predetermined quantity in a cylinder 9 by operating a slide actuator 13, and water stored in the cylinder 9 is supplied on the object contact surface P from a liquid supply port 8 via a supply pipe 10. Thus, a friction coefficient of the object contact surface P changes due to surface tension of the water, and the various objects can be treated. When returning the friction coefficient of the object contact surface P to an original state, ultrasonic vibration is generated on the object contact surface P of the movable part 2, and moisture remaining on the object contact surface P is atomized and evaporated by this ultrasonic vibration.
