PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily fix a workpiece on a work table by maximally uniformly pressing the workpiece. SOLUTION: In a state of being positioned in an XY surface by inserting a positioning pin 23 projecting from a pressing-down member 22 into a positioning hole 24 arranged in the work table 21, the pressing-down member 22 is pressed toward the work table 21 in a point contact state in the substantially central vicinity of a workpiece WK. In its case, a projecting pin 25 having a front end part of a spherical surface shape is arranged in the substantial center of the pressing-down member 22, and the front end part of the projecting pin 25 is pushed by a plane.
