PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ such structure that a decoration part for decoration around a transparent part for visibility of a game board can be individually renewed by the model of the game board, and increase three-dimensionality of the decoration part to prevent a player from unexpectedly touching an operation part that is related to ball lending. SOLUTION: On a front door member 6, a transparent housing part 62 that is transparent is formed on the upper side of a transparent window 61 for visibility of the game board, and in the transparent housing part 62, a decoration member 101 in a three-dimensional form can be housed. On a tray unit 7, lower panel parts 74L and 74R are disposed below and ahead of an upper panel part 72 through step parts 73L and 73R. The operation part including a ball lending button 82 and a return button 83 which can be externally operated as related to lending of game balls is provided at a close part to the step 73R on the side on a panel surface of the lower panel part 74R.
