PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose reel device of a washing device capable of accurately detecting a hose delivery length regardless of the hose delivery length, and a high-pressure washing vehicle with the same. SOLUTION: The hose reel device of the washing device includes: a rotatably-supported hose reel 10 that has a drum 10a around which a hose 9 is wound; a support shaft 21 that is provided in parallel to a reel shaft 11 of the hose reel 10 on an outer circumferential side of the drum 10a of the hose reel 10; a swing arm 22 that is swingably supported by the support shaft 21; a guide roller 23 that is rotatably supported by an end of the swing arm 22 and that is pressed by the hose 9 wound around the drum 10a; a rotational amount detector 24 for detecting a rotational amount of the guide roller 23; and a calculation device for calculating a delivery length of the hose 9 from the rotational amount detected by the rotational amount detector 24.
