PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of performing an output of display image data using a function of a communication card. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: an imager 12 that images the light of an object to be photographed and outputs an image signal; a storage 26 that stores moving image data based on the image signal; a display image data generator 28, 32 that generates display image data from the moving image data; a card slot 38 for fitting a communication card 36 which has a function of outputting the display image data; and an output controller 8 that outputs the display image data using the function of the communication card.
