PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needlelike electroconductive powder which is highly electroconductive white needlelike tin oxide powder, and forms a thin white coating film having a low surface resistivity, even when the powder is added in a small amount. SOLUTION: The needlelike tin oxide fine powder has an average minor axis particle size of 20-200 nm and an aspect ratio of ≥3 and contains 0.1-10% of cerium by mass to tin.
