The electromagnet has an armature tappet (14) tubularly produced as a press-bent-part from a planar sheet made of a magnetic material, where the tappet includes an anti-adhesive disk (18) that is formed by a radially and outwardly positioned sheet material. Multiple openings are formed at the tappet in a middle region in a longitudinal extension direction and fixed adjacent to each other. Axial continuous bars are provided between the openings and connected with the sheet at axial ends. The bars are transformed to radially and outwardly aligned folds with fold walls by compressing the tappet.
