PURPOSE: A network information notification service system is provided to transfer network use information to a terminal device based on the resource state information of a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A network information informing service device(300) collects and manages resource state information about the resource of a communication network. The network information informing service device registers a terminal device based on a subscribing request message coping with an information notification service. If the information notification is detected based on the information notification policy, the network information informing service device offers information which is related with the network use to the terminal device. |
