PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adjusting an imaging apparatus, which accurately disposes image sensors and accurately displacing spatial relative positions of a plurality of image sensors by a predetermined distance.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for adjusting the imaging apparatus is used in a video adjustment system including: the imaging apparatus which includes at least the plurality of image sensors and an objective lens, a reference video display device; a video camera; and the apparatus for adjusting the imaging apparatus. The apparatus for adjusting the imaging apparatus includes: a rotation/swing-and-tilt direction adjusting means for adjusting positions of rotation and swing-and-tilt directions of the image sensors and the objective lens to be matched with positions of rotation and swing-and-tilt directions of a subject; and a position adjusting means for adjusting positions of the image sensors and the objective lens, of which the positions of the rotation and swing-and-tilt directions have been adjusted, in a photographing direction to be disposed at positions within a predetermined distance from the subject.
