PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unauthorized use management system capable of restricting use of another apparatus of a different type, when an authentication device, such as an IC card, is used to commit fraud with a networked apparatus, such as a PC terminal, a printer or a gate. SOLUTION: The unauthorized use management system is composed of an apparatus for acquiring an ID from the IC card 40 to permit usage, by authentication of the ID, apparatus management servers 20 for managing one or more apparatuses 10 of the same kind, and an ID management server 30 for managing a plurality of apparatus management servers 20. If a unauthorized operation monitor unit 12 detects frauds, a certain apparatus 10 transmits an ID in use to the apparatus management server 30 as an unauthorized ID. The apparatus management server 20 transmits the unauthorized ID received from the apparatus 10 to the ID management server 30. The ID management server 30 transmits the unauthorized ID received from one apparatus management server 20 to another apparatus management server 20. The apparatus management server 20 transmits the unauthorized ID received from the ID management server 30 to the apparatus 10, and in each of the apparatuses 10, a terminal control unit 13 rejects usage, by using of the unauthorized ID received from the apparatus management server 20.
