PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document creation device for easily creating a message corresponding to marriage and move or the like, by managing correction history of address data, and displaying a plurality of sample sentence candidates according to how the address is corrected, for selection. SOLUTION: A document creation device is provided with an address data storage means 68 for storing a plurality of address data including a plurality of items such as address data and name data. The document creation device is provided with: a data correction means 60; a change flag setting means 61; a sample sentence storage means 67; a text editing means 62; and a change determination means 63. When editing a text to be sent to an address of predetermined address data, if the change flag is set in the address data, a text editing means 62 displays the contents of the change flag corresponding to the set change flag on a display part 8, and/or reads the sample sentence candidates from the sample sentence storage means 67, and displays the sample sentence candidates on a display part 8.
