PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the stable combustion of a burner device while enabling a fuel required for regenerating a filter to be supplied. SOLUTION: This burner device for burning the mixture of an oxidant and a fuel includes an exhaust gas flow passage 1 through which exhaust gas passes, a tube body part 4 the inside of which is hollow and joined to the exhaust gas flow passage, a partition member 8 which partitions the inside of the tube body part 4 into an ignition area R2 in which an ignition device 7 is installed and a flame holding area R3 in which the combustion of the mixture is held so that the mixture can flow therethrough and a fuel supply means 5 for distributedly supplying the fuel N into the ignition area R2 and the flame holding area R3.
