<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a matching method of a substrate and a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: The method is to match the substrate for manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device by a laser generating a beam to transfer an organic material from a donor element to the substrate, in which (a) at least one calibration mark is installed on the substrate, (b) the substrate is arranged against the laser, and the substrate is relatively moved between the substrate and the laser as well as the laser beam until the laser beam hits the calibration mark, and (c) a position and orientation of the substrate are decided by detecting the time point when the laser beam hits the calibration mark. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
