PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable intake device in which sealability when the length of a path is changed is improved. SOLUTION: An intake control valve 9 rotated about one end of a valve body 13 is rotated between a first position where an intake passage is relatively short and a second position where the intake passage is relatively long. At the first position, the first seal lip 15 of the intake control valve 9 is fitted to the first seal surface 21 of the intake passage. At the second position, the second seal lip 16 of the intake control valve 9 is fitted to the second seal surface 22 of the intake passage. The first seal surface 21 fitted to the first seal lip 15 is formed along the inclination of the first seal lip 15, and the second seal surface 22 fitted to the second seal lip 16 is formed along the inclination of the second seal lip 16.
